Chair’s Note: The debate over minimum wage continues on in South Dakota and on a national level. A small business owner in Detroit has taken the initiative to pay his workers a living wage, when many others in the fast food industry aren’t. It’s forward thinking from small business owners like this that make us confident in our plans to raise the minimum wage.
