Communications trainer Bill Graham has some unusual ideas, such as:
- Communication is a one-way street
- Likeability is the final-decision maker, and
- Leadership is about helping others win.
If you are a leader, you sell your vision. If you are an entrepreneur or salesperson, you sell products. Whether you are trying to persuade and inspire colleagues, constituents, customers or clients … whether you are selling an idea or a product … your impact will come down to a few questions:
- Do they like you?
- Do you help their lives?
- Do they remember what you said?
Bill gives his audiences immediately usable likeability skills that will unlock the secrets to:
- Being more likeable,
- Telling stories that motivate, and
- Helping everyone be more successful communicators.
