Communication Workshop: ‘The Power of Likeable Leadership’

Saturday, April 26, at 2pm
Sioux Falls Convention Center

Communications trainer Bill Graham has some unusual ideas, such as:

  • Communication is a one-way street
  • Likeability is the final-decision maker, and
  • Leadership is about helping others win.

If you are a leader, you sell your vision. If you are an entrepreneur or salesperson, you sell products. Whether you are trying to persuade and inspire colleagues, constituents, customers or clients … whether you are selling an idea or a product … your impact will come down to a few questions:

  • Do they like you?
  • Do you help their lives?
  • Do they remember what you said?

Bill gives his audiences immediately usable likeability skills that will unlock the secrets to:

  • Being more likeable,
  • Telling stories that motivate, and
  • Helping everyone be more successful communicators.
