Resolution C: Patient Protection Affordable Healthcare Act Resolution

BE IT RESOLVED: The South Dakota Democratic Party opposes the current South Dakota Attorney General’s participation in the multi-state lawsuit to repeal the 2010 Affordable Health Care Act.
