And Governor Daugaard refuses to back away from his dictate to continue selling it across South Dakota. It’s just another example of everything that’s wrong in Pierre: gas industry officials blatantly flout laws created by the legislature, Governor Daugaard tries changing the rules so gas industry officials avoid prosecution, and now South Dakotans are left with low-grade fuel that damages our vehicles. Governor Daugaard is protecting the gas industry at expense of South Dakotans, and it must stop.
