S.D. faces gap of uninsured

Chairman’s Note: In the weeks following Governor Daugaard’s announcement to reject Medicaid expansion, a shift has started amongst some Republican leadership in the state. While states like Arizona have joined the movement, it seems like opposition to the expansion is beginning to waver. Even as more support comes to the side of Medicaid expansion, we need to keep reminding our elected leaders that we want all South Dakotans to have health care.
