85-octane gas now legal in parts of South Dakota

Chairman’s Note: When big oil companies decided to dump their sub grade gasoline on South Dakota motorists, Governor Daugaard and the republicans on the rules committee decided not to hold them accountable. In fact, they changed the rules in order to allow them to keep doing it. There is no problem in this state that is going to be solved by sending one more republican to Pierre.
