A Mixed Bag for S.D Kids

Chairman’s Note: Giving South Dakota children a head start should always be a bipartisan effort in the state legislature. Unfortunately, Republican leaders in Pierre continue to stand in the way of measures that give our children a fair shot to improve their outcomes in life. Returning two-party government to Pierre is a matter not only of good governance. It’s a matter to secure our future!
