Gertsema Not a Fan of School Bill

Chairman’s Note: Governor Daugaard’s education bill, HB 1234, keeps adding to its list of prominent detractors. 1234 was a lucky bill number for Governor Daugaard’s education reform, but I’m starting to think that it actually represents the number of community leaders across South Dakota who oppose it.
