HHS: Obamacare saved consumers nearly $5 billion

Chairman’s Note: Health care consumers have saved nearly $5 billion on health insurance premiums because of new rules under Obamacare requiring insurance companies to use at least 80% of your insurance premiums on actual medical care – not insurance industry profits. It’s just another example of Obamacare continuing to deliver for everyday Americans despite vociferous opposition from zealous Republicans.
