South Dakota College Students Lead the Country in Loan Debt

Chairman’s Note: This week, Congresswoman Noem was surprised to learn that 75% of South Dakota graduates leave school with debt. That’s higher than any other state in America. Of course, it should be no surprise then that she’s an “outspoken critic of President Barack Obama’s student debt-loan forgiveness program.” She doesn’t even realize that a problem exists!  Note to Noem: Not everyone can run for Congress to pay for student loans.
